Inspired by the discipline of elite assassins and the stillness of shadows, this class blends breathwork, meditation, and restorative movement to sharpen focus, silence distractions, and cultivate absolute control over mind and body. Like a blade tempered in darkness, you’ll refine your awareness, steady your breath, and embrace stillness as your greatest weapon.

    2. What to Expect:

      1. This class combines breath control, meditation, and deep restorative stretches to enhance focus, mental clarity, and flexibility. You’ll learn to breathe through discomfort, master stillness, and develop the quiet strength needed to move and stretch with precision. Each position is designed to mimic the movements of the elusive—crouching in the shadows, leaping through windows, and vanishing into the night—drawing from nature’s creatures, such as the cobra, lizard, frog, and more. Expect long, meditative holds supported by a provided blanket, allowing your body to fully surrender in a stretch while your mind remains razor-sharp.

      1. For those who seek discipline, control, and the ability to command both breath and movement. Whether you're an assassin in training, a warrior refining your focus, or simply someone looking to enhance mental and physical resilience, this class will sharpen your edge physically and mentally.

  2. The Blade’s Path: Assassin's Self-Defense Training

    1. Move with precision. Strike with purpose. Disappear without a trace. This class is an assassin-inspired self-defense class that hones your reflexes, sharpens your instincts, and teaches you to have quick reflexes with practical strategies to protect yourself.  Whether you’re preparing for real-life situations or just building confidence, this class will cover essential basic self-defense skills and equip you with the tools to stay safe and in control.

    2. What to Expect:

      1. Learn key self-defense techniques, including dagger handling, quick strikes, and blocking, along with basic defensive maneuvers that can help you protect yourself. We’ll teach you how to move with precision and agility, giving you the confidence to defend yourself when it matters most.

    3. Who Should Attend:

      1. For warriors, wanderers, and anyone who refuses to be vulnerable. Whether you're a beginner learning to defend yourself or a fighter refining your edge, this class will leave you stronger, sharper, and ready to walk alone—without fear.

  3. Valkyrie Training Bootcamp: Awakening

    1. Unleash your inner Valkyrie and embark on a thrilling journey of self-discovery and empowerment!  Inspired by the legendary warrior women from Norse mythology, this 1-hour session is designed to introduce you to the fundamental aspects of Valkyrie training. We’ll begin with grounding techniques and fitness exercises to establish a strong foundation. You’ll experience martial arts and basic shield and sword drills, capturing the essence of Valkyrie combat. The session also emphasizes the importance of teamwork, as you move in unison with fellow warriors. Whether you're a beginner or just looking to get a dynamic taste of Valkyrie training, this session will ignite your warrior spirit.

      1. Learn breathwork and grounding exercises, engage in fitness drills to build strength and endurance, practice basic combat techniques with and without shields and swords, and discover the power of working together as a team.

  4. Still the Mind: Valkyrie Breathwork & Meditation

This class combines gentle movement and various breathwork approaches to help you build unshakable strength and focus, no matter the challenges you face on and off the battlefield.   5. Dragon Rider: Claim Your Dragon Circuit

    1. Are you ready to claim your dragon?  This immersive, in-person class is designed to prepare you for the moment you first find and bond with your dragon—or when your dragon claims you.  Strength, balance, endurance, and agility are essential to proving yourself worthy of the bond—because when the time comes, hesitation is not an option. This class will equip you with the physical and mental skills needed to rise to the occasion and bond with your dragon with confidence.

    2. What to Expect:

      1. This high-intensity class will take you through five circuit challenges, each designed to build the skills needed to mount, ride, and battle alongside your dragon. You’ll train for balance, grip strength, power, agility, and explosive speed using a combination of bodyweight exercises, TRX or Olympic rings, free weights, resistance bands, and dynamic movement drills. Whether you’re leaping onto your dragon’s back, holding on during flight, or fighting on the ground, this session will push your limits and sharpen your instincts.

  6. Dragon Rider: Grounding & Shielding Meditation

Step into your power as a Dragon Rider in this transformative in-person class designed to cultivate resilience, emotional strength, and mental clarity.  Inspired by the strength training that is mentally and emotionally needed when becoming a dragon rider, this class will guide you through grounding and shielding techniques to help you stay calm, centered, and strong amidst life’s challenges.

    2. What to Expect:

      1. Over the course of this immersive in-person session, you’ll engage in a series of grounding practices that create a safe mental space , shielding methods to protect yourself from negative emotional influences , and breathwork exercises to regulate your emotions . The class will also incorporate mindfulness techniques to help you stay present and connected to your inner strength. This class combines pop, hip hop, and club dance moves with cardio-based exercises to give you a fun and effective workout. Groove to tracks by artists like Whitney Houston, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, Chappell Roan, and more.   8. Stardust Flow: The Magic of Moon Salutations

    1. Embrace the tranquil magic of the moon and awaken your body’s natural rhythm in this calming yet invigorating class. Through a sequence of low-impact poses, we’ll guide you in strengthening muscles, improving balance and flexibility, and nurturing emotional stability, all while preparing the body for ultimate rest. As we flow through Moon Salutations, each round builds in complexity and intensity, allowing you to connect more deeply to the mystical energy of the moon. This session will activate your body’s energy, bringing you a sense of peaceful balance and renewal, infused with the magic of lunar flow.

You’ll reflect on your unique strengths, shape your personal narrative, and assess your character's arc towards growth.
